Biography

Kara Hansen is a visual artist who lives and works in Vancouver. Her work combines film, photography, video installation, sculpture, social practice and performance. She is a founding member of the collective non-profit organization DUPLEX, a gallery and studio space that supports emerging artists in the exhibition of talks, shows, performances, readings, etc. located in Vancouver BC Canada.
